A change in VÍTKOVICE STEEL management will take place on 1 January, 2022. Dmitrij Ščuka will be replaced at the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager by Radek Strouhal, current Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors.
The Supervisory Board of VÍTKOVICE STEEL decided to change the composition of the Board of Directors. Dmitrij Ščuka’s term of office comes to an end as well as his engagement with VÍTKOVICE STEEL. Radek Strouhal, who has been a member of the Board of Directors since January 2019, was elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Board will announce the composition of the company’s statutory body in a few days.
The above was communicated by the company management with all key partners so that a smooth transition is prepared.

VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a. s. is a traditional European manufacturer of rolled steel products, the largest manufacturer of steel plates in the Czech Republic and the only manufacturer of sheet piles in the country.
