Andrej Babiš, Minister of Finance visited VÍTKOVICE STEEL

During his two-day visit to the Moravian-Silesian Region, Andrej Babiš, Finance Minister of the Czech Republic visited our company. During the visit he was accompanied by Tomáš Macura, Mayor of the City of Ostrava and prof. Ivo Vondrák, Rector of VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava.The guests visited the company’s Heavy Section Mill, they were informed on the production processes and they discussed with the management of the company on the possibility of establishing an industrial zone using the unused areas within the premises of the company, especially the former Steel Shop.
