On December 2 – 3, 2011 the Černá louka Exhibition Grounds in Ostrava hosted the 18th year of exhibition focusing on education. EVS traditionally participated at the exhibition.
The aim of our participation was to motivate students mainly in the 9th grade of elementary schools to study technically oriented fields that are important for us as employers. We prepared a 20-minutes-long presentation for interested visitors of the exhibition and for representatives of schools and we presented ourselves as an interesting employer and we mentioned also the possibilities for cooperation with schools.
The event included also an introduction of our new EVRAZ POOL program that is focusing mainly on students in high schools and universities studying selected technical fields. Our objective is not only to attract young talents for further development of the EVRAZ group but we want to also offer them an attractive program of cooperation already during the course of their studies.
