The Quality Control Unit issues the relevant inspection document - Inspection Certificate (IC) pursuant to EN 10204:2004 in which it gives the chemical composition of the batch and results of performed tests of material (for example, ultrasound, mechanical tests) according to customer requirements:
Document in which the manufacturer confirms that the supplied products comply with the requirements of the order without giving any results of tests.
Document in which the manufacturer confirms that the supplied products comply with the requirements of the order, and in which it gives the test results on the basis of testing of a non-specified inspection.
Document issued by manufacturer in which the manufacturer confirms that the supplied products comply with the requirements of the order and in which it gives the test results.
The test unit and performed tests are given in the regulation for the product, official regulations, relevant technical regulations and/or in the order.
The document is confirmed by the authorised representative of the manufacturer independent of the production units.
Under the assumption that the manufacturer uses the same procedures of traceability and can provide the necessary corresponding inspection documents, the manufacturer can transfer to IC 3.1 the results of tests gained through testing designated by regulation on used basic or input products.
Document prepared by authorised representative of manufacturer independent of production units and either by the authorised representative of the client (accepting company) or inspector designated in the official regulations, and in which they declare that the supplied products comply with the requirements of the order and the results of tests are given in them.
The manufacturer can transfer to inspection certificate 3.2 the results of tests gained through testing designated by a regulation on used initial or input products under the assumption that the manufacturer uses the traceability procedures and can provide the necessary corresponding inspection documents.

c) Acceptances directly by client
