INSTRUCTIONS - PRODUCT ACCEPT. AND STORAGE

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRODUCT ACCEPTANCE AND STORAGE

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
When receiving the products check them for any missing items and apparent defects. Compare the type, materials, lengths and number of the products received with the information on delivery documents and check the products for any apparent damage suffered during transport. Any defect, damage or inconsistency identified shall be recorded in the delivery note and the supplier shall be contacted forthwith.
Any apparent defect shall be claimed at the product acceptance as required by the provisions of the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.).

UNLOADING:
An adequate space not only for storage but also for handling the products shall be provided before unloading the products delivered. Shocks and impacts to the products shall be avoided during unloading. Edges shall be properly protected against mechanical damage during unloading, if necessary.
Any movement of the products, in particular sliding or shifting, after their placement in an appropriate area must be prevented.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Minimize the storage time. If storage is necessary, store the products in a dry and ventilated environment and leave them uncovered with free air access.
The products shall be properly seated on an underlay so that they are inclined and oriented in longitudinal direction in order to let any water penetrating between the products or any condensate formed drains outside.
Water presence or condensation between the products can cause corrosion. Any products moistened during transport or storage shall be dried and then placed so that free air circulation is secured.
Pay special attention to the product unloading and storage in winter season. If the storage conditions specified in this section are not observed and the products are attacked by corrosion, our company will not assume responsibility for any resulting damage.
