VÍTKOVICE STEEL has joined the inspiring KÝM BUDU project, which we are implementing in cooperation with KONSTRUKCE Media. Our common goal is to show the younger generation that technology is not just a „field of study,“ but also an opportunity and a career path.

As part of the project, we have prepared a video in which our #STEEL team presents the professional roles and real environment of a steelworks. Viewers can take a look right where steel is made – and find out how diverse and interesting the positions offered by the steel industry are.

Why is the KÝM BUDU project so important?

• High-level partnership – The combination of the know-how of VÍTKOVICE STEEL, one of the leaders in Czech industry, and the professional background of KONSTRUKCE Media creates a powerful educational mix.
• Authentic presentation of professions – The video created as a result of the partnership offers a real insight into the production environment, steelmaking, safety, HR and ESG aspects of our work.
• Motivation for the younger generation – We present real stories and experiences of our people, which inspire and prove that technical education makes sense – both for individuals and for society as a whole.

As part of the partnership, we will target the younger generation on all social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), on the Kým budu project website itself, and also through personal meetings at schools.
