Ostrava, August 28, 2008 - Today the seventh year of Sport games for physically handicapped people took place in Social care institute for physically handicapped people in Hrabyně. The aim of the games, which are becoming more popular year by year, is to show that also disabled people love enjoying themselves, compete and live actively. The general partner of the games is, as usually, EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL company. This year 130 participants attended, they took part in the competition in different categories according to their current health situation.

On the day of the games the institute becomes not only a place for competing but also a place for nice meeting with family or friends. Sport events of the 7th year of Sport games for physically handicapped people - drive of the mechanic invalid chairs on circuit, drive of electric invalid chairs on circuit, slalom of mechanic invalid chairs, slalom of electric invalid chairs, hand-grenade throw, cricket ball throw, air-gun shooting, electronic darts, table skittles, javelin throw, discus throw.
