SYMBIÓZA 2007 AND VÍTKOVICE STEEL

VÍTKOVICE STEEL is currently intensely preparing its participation at the 6th year of a prestigious project called SYMBIÓZA 2007. The company successfully participated in two previous years and the result is 4 recruited college graduates who started working with the company and 2 graduates admitted to the Preparation Center.

The SYMBIOSIS 2007 project will take place on March 13 and 14, 2007 in the new auditorium of VŠB-Technical University of Ostrava. During this event, students of colleges in the Moravian-Silesian Region meet with important employers from the entire Czech Republic. The objective of the SYMBIÓZA 2007 project is to increase the potentials of college graduates to find their place on the labor market and also in VÍTKOVICE STEEL.

„The aim of our participation at SYMBIÓZA 2007 is to offer jobs mainly to graduates of steel making branches of VŠB-TU Ostrava,“ said Jan Polzer, the company personnel director. „In the previous years we were relatively successful and we expect similar results also in this 6th year,” added the personnel director. VÍTKOVICE STEEL cooperates with VŠB-TU Ostrava on a long-term basis. The company offers to students practical assignments, cooperation on preparation of their final thesis, consultations and reviews of final thesis and also cooperation on solutions of thematic projects.
