THE GLORY OF VÍTEK THE KNIGHT HAS BEEN REVIVED AGAIN!!!

Vivid red-and-orange colour reminding glowing steel is combined with grayish blue color of steel slowly cooling down on the cooling beds in the rolling mills of VÍTKOVICE STEEL. These company colors were dominating at historically the first independent exposition of this Ostrava-based steel company at the International Engineering Fair in Brno last year and they will be dominating this year too.

The stand with a square area of 150 m2 was created in cooperation with architect Zdeněk Škrla of the BVV realization team. The aim of the author was to make the exhibition distinct from others; the VÍTKOVICE STEEL stand is again characterized by its purity of style and minimalism. The exposition will give fresh and juvenile impression. The exhibition will include for example LCD screens showing a new presentation film about VÍTKOVICE STEEL which gives maximum amount of information on this company. It will satisfy all visitors, long-term as well as potential clients. And the exhibition does not neglect even students who for years have been visiting the fair in large numbers. Students may participate in the prepared competitions for interesting material prices.

But the mood in the exposition will not be only a business one… Due to the fact that the company is active in supporting also sports projects which emphasize dynamism, flexibility, and professionalism, the visitors will be carried out by a pleasant sport mood. “The basis for success either in business or in sports is, in my opinion, fair play, perfection and mainly dedication to achieve top results. Citius (faster, altius (higher), fortius (stronger) – these are the attributes by which we abide in VÍTKOVICE STEEL and we want to prove it to people also here at the fair,” said Vladimír Bail, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s.

And maybe the most important novelty of this year’s presentation of VÍTKOVICE STEEL at the International Engineering Fair in Brno is introducing a long-term “companion” of this steel company who was clothed in completely new clothing. It is Vítek the knight – a person whom we imagine always in an armor of plate. And of course a good quality one! And if good quality then only made of plates from VÍTKOVICE STEEL. After years, the company can boast again by its Vítek the knight, who for forty years has trooped the color with the sign of the company who is proud to be a member of VÍTKOVICE STEEL. Last year Vítek the knight was registered at the Office for Industrial Ownership of the Czech Republic. After the period prescribed by legislation, Vítek the knight was registered to the Office for Industrial Ownership of the Czech Republic as a trademark of VÍTKOVICE STEEL.

And so the glory of Vítek the knight has been revived again. The flag with the logo of VÍTKOVICE STEEL flies again over the steel helmet of the knight who in the name of honor and glory helps to support the image of VÍTKOVICE STEEL not only in the eyes of our clients but also in the eyes of the general public.
