Specialists in HR met on 29 November, 2011 in EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL and discussed the topic "Sharing the best recruitment methods".
The discussion focused on ethics in communication of the employer, the most common obstacles in the recruitment of employees, the potential of social networks and their efficiency, the application of psychodiagnostic tools and their evaluation.
The discussion was led by HR Director Hana Jelínková and HR Manager Alena Zahradníková. The meeting was also attended by representatives of Visteon Autopal, Vítkovice Holding, Tieto and others. The topics of discussion were new directions of employee recruitment, the utilisation of modern technology, social network and tools in the sphere of psychodiagnosis.
